In a world saturated with visual noise and relentless content production, this journal attempts to reconnect us with our inner selves. Through writing and drawing, it encourages the owner to explore dreams as sources of reflection, creativity, and psychological insight. Rooted in Carl's Jung ideas about the unconscious, symbolism, and the deep value our dreams hold, it features five of his archetypes to guide reflection. Each archetype is accompanied by a stunning, intentionally selected image sourced from the public domain. In contrast to today’s cycle of endless content creation and consumption, the journal revives forgotten media. This conscious act of reuse aims to be a reminder that looking back can be just as generative and inspiring as looking forward. Through this journal, I hope to encourage pause, reconnection, make space for thoughts, for dreams, for forgotten images, and for new meanings to emerge.
